JD no one can accuse you of beating around the bush Oh how i wish this were true, but I stand here ready and willing to accuse one Mr. JD of beating around the bush. You know how they say every neighborhood has that house that none of the younger kids will walk in front of. That they are so scared of it that they cross the street to avoid it. Well friends in Calgary, in the shadows of the saddle dome the legend tells of this bush and the nightmare that lies around it. Friends this story is true as I have seen this dreaded bush first hand and the evils that take place there. I am lucky to have lived to tell this tale. Picture it. There I was just walking down the street minding my own business. As I approached the corner there was this beautiful flowering bush. As I walked around it beauty turned to horror as this man was just pounding away on himself. I mean who among us has not taken I brief moment to readjust their self in public or take a quick scratch when we thought no one else was looking. But my friends this was not the case here. The look of anger in this mans face is burned into my memory. The aggression he showed was like he was trying to punish it for some wrong it had done earlier. Then to top it off the stench of cheese mixed with cheap booze was so overwhelming that at first i thought I must be hallucinating. But this disgusting display in front of me was real and in fact was one JD beating around the bush.

Let's keep this forum concerned with hockey talk & not fire personal shots about non-hockey topics at various Managers.

JD is a legend in all the leagues I share with him,I myself have never meet him but I know from trying to trade with him he is very shrewd and has tremendous hockey knowledge,I mean who else can talk a man out of 3 draft picks for a guy no one wants and on top of that does not get even an offer sheet from the team that traded for him so he could be with his brother and do it with a smile only JD,Now hearing Rick story only confirms that the man is something to be reckoned with ,And I am most assured Rick was only trying to bring some levity to light about someone he knows personally and not cast any dispersion's about how much JD likes to drink and talk dirty and be real sneaky ,Wayne I no you have a good heart and you have done an outstanding job but I love the banter among mangers it makes for a better atmosphere, Rick please don't take offence its all good as you can see we all have JD stories ,And you know I am dying to here his response back to you

I guess I just took what I read the wrong way. Sorry I guess that with all the GMs that changed here I may have forgot that everyone might not know each other as well as others do. I am in 3 different leagues with the legend that is JD and have known him in the fantasy hockey world for around 6 years now I think. If some one was offended by my comments I am sorry, but after JD sees this and picks himself off the floor from laughing so hard his response might be really pushing the boundaries. Man JDs comments about my dad alone would create a few vacant teams. After all this is not volleyball ladies this fantasy hockey. And as the saying goes all is fair in love, fantasy hockey, and, war.
